  1. Had my follow up today. Herniated disk in my lumbar spine and patellofemoral arthralgia. Physical therapy for 4 weeks.

      Sorry to hear of your continuing troules and I hope everything works out! BTW...that photo of your hospital bracelet...it does not show your SSN does it? If so, you should delete it to protect you from identity theft.

      Hope the doctors can help you get to the bottom of the injury and find out exactly what the issue is. That's the hardest part most of the time.

    I love yoga, but my hips/glutes were VERY tight, so the first half of this workout was uncomfortable. I felt great afterward, but flexibility was a no go, lol.
