    my legs feel like jello, my lungs feel like they are going to burst and I keep coughing up the grossest gunk but I did it! I ran for the first time in years.

    I tried a new route today. A lot of it was uphill and my legs are really feeling the burn. Part of the trail went through a graveyard. My kids and I really enjoyed reading the names and dates on the tombstones. Will be taking this route again :)

      I love riding my bike in cemeteries. I love looking at old tombstones and it's just so peaceful and quiet. :)

    My boys and I planned out a route to walk and calculated the miles. My 11 year old and my 14 year old ran the last half mile. It was a fun adventure.
