I didn't feel good during-- only after. It was hot, i was tired, ugh. in the beginning i had a really good pace. i went out 2.07 miles, turned around, and it suddenly got super hard. after 3.25 miles i paused my nike+ and walked for .5 miles, then started it again and finished the last .4 mi, which includes a big hill. that last bit was hard and slow and dropped my average pace a lot... but still a good run.


Still a good run and a great pace! It's hard running out there in the hot and steamy weather.
