      I would agree but I tend to stick to the treadmill these days. But if I were outside, I would definitely agree.

    This was really hard! I walked for about .4 miles total... .2 after I hit 2 miles and another .2 as a cooldown after 3 miles. So I really only ran 2.8 miles. I am out of shape! It hurt!

    Ran with my two friends. This was probably the best I've felt running in a long time. It's really nice out, and early enough so that the river path isn't crowded.
