    I did a whole lot of weights. Cardio type of weights...but with big ones. Cardio weights to me is someone elses heavy weights...

    My biggest flaw when it comes to maintaining good health is sleeping enough. I slept 12 hours yesterday. That was my workout for the day yesterday lol.
