    Beautiful day for a run, but could feel plantar in my right foot starting at 8 km. Can barely walk on it right now. Will have to ice and rest for a couple of days.

      Yeah, not sounding good. Hoping that the ice and rest will help it heal up quickly. Been dealing with full blown plantar fasciitis myself, hope you don't get that.
