Misting, drizzly stuff. Warm. Dark. Ran almost to Fullerton and turned back south. Was over so fast! I don't know how people can run only 30 mins a day. I need a solid hour or more since it takes me so long to warm up :) Just a couple more of these little guys until the start line on Sunday! Going to pack tonight!!



30 mins is a lot for many people and takes A LOT longer.

I feel the same way. It takes me three miles to start feeling good during a run. I'd hate running if I did three mile runs all of the time.
