Reaching that point in taper where everyone seems to annoy me. (Especially commuters and people who wear velour jumpsuits to the office.) 3 x 1000s @ 10k pace (4:45 which is ~7:38 pace). 4:51 (blargh!), 4:41, 4:26

Hey, I work in Jersey and I've never worn a velour jumpsuit...to the office. Nice repeats. The last 10 days before a marathon are usually tough mentally for me.
