Super late start but must've really needed the sleep. Much cooler temps (48?) and quite windy. First 7.5 miles @ 8:57! I was very pleased with this pace and felt like I took it pretty easy on the hills. Tempoing the last 4 miles was a struggle after I went way too fast the first split lol. Goal was 8:20 pace for last 4, and I did 8:07, 8:28, 8:13, 8:30 (averaged 8:20 anyway!). Nice brunch at Meli's Cafe with Kevin G. It was weird to not have Tim R. with us!
