Welcoming the taper with open arms. Got a sports massage Friday night and I think I'm still a little tender from it :-/ Nice morning but so dark at 6am! Goal was 8:00 pace. First half against wind and last half with.
8:15 (stiff wind, people!), 7:55 (wind let up), 7:46 (def 8:00 effort), 7:39 (8:00 effort again).
