Went much better than the last time I was at WG (aka "The day CT cried post run"). Beautiful weather. First 13 miles averaging 9:07 pace and tempoed last 2 miles @ 8:24 & 8:09. Excellent brunch at Bongo Room with teammate Tim R. and Coach Kevin G.
