On the path by 5:30a to get 10 x 800s done. I went up and down the path between North Ave & Division. One guy said "Great pace" when he ran by during one of my walking rests. Thanks, buddy!
Goal = 3:40 (7:20 pace)
Splits = 3:48 (wake up!), 3:33, 3:38, 3:31, 3:34, 3:38, 3:33, 3:34, 3:31, 3:46 (UGH)

Those were 8 superb 800s with fast warmup and cooldown 800s. Killed the goal pace. You need to teach the Bears something about pace.
