Easy does it! In lieu of speed intervals, I ran 1:30 and picked up the last couple of miles. Unintentionally ended with progressive splits (9:36 down to 8:05). Pretty happy and feeling great. Leaving for PDX tomorrow. Can't wait for Hood to Coast!
