First weekday morning run in over a week. Woof. Waking up early was rough but I like getting them done early so I can have my evenings free (to do laundry. Envy me)
Goal: miles 1-2 @ 8:10, miles 3-5 @ 7:55.

I actually ran out of steam around mile 3.5/4. Or maybe it was closer to mile 2.5 after Tim R. side-5'd me. Just 3 more days until I leave for Portland to run Hood to Coast!
