It's always a success when I don't spontaneously combust during a workout. Goal tempo 3 miles @ 8:00-8:10. Warm (75F @ 5:30a) but overcast, thankfully. Got a side-5 from Francesco S. south of Balbo.It's gonna be another steamy week so please pass me the iced coffee. Splits 8:04 (against wind), 8:10 (against, with), 7:48 (with)
