Not as fast as the 800s I did a few weeks ago, but I think I ran these smarter. Goal 4 x 800 @ 3:38 (7:16 pace). I held back a bit the first split, but the wind must've been to my back. Felt pretty good throughout and felt I could have done at least 1-2 more (unlike a few weeks ago). Very happy! Beautiful morning and a bit cooler again. 3:31, 3:33, 3:33, 3:29
