Goal 2 x 1-mile repeats @ 7:40 (10k pace) with 2:00 rest. Tired, hungry, cranky. Hardly anyone on the path. Very nice night. Wore capris & long sleeves. Legs felt OK. Hamstrings are a bit tight. Again.... nothing fun to report. I asked my co-worker to bring donuts to the office tomorrow. I'm planning on eating a half dozen :)

Splits --> 7:35 (felt very easy), 7:19 (pushed it a bit towards the end)

    @Michelle - I really hope I can get faster! :) I haven't done a 10k in over 2 years and my 5k pace is 7:30 ack. But I'm working on it!
