Still not 100% from the bug earlier this week but feeling tons better. Sinuses are still bothersome. Some slick spots on the path, but at least most of it was salted. Mainly a cross wind so wasn't horrible. First 8.23 miles in 74 mins (9:00 pace) and tempo'd last 2 miles at 8:17 and 8:16 (goal was 8:20 - yeah!). Would have done sub 8:15 for the last mile if those jerky jerks at Division LOOKED for runners & bikes before lolly-gagging on the path. I hope they biff it at Boston. Oops, did I just type that outloud? :)
