Easy HR run for the first 11.4 mile extended loop, Brian G joined me for another 5.8 mile second loop. HR got a little higher than I wanted the last 2 miles and didnt have great energy. Thanks Brian for the run. Think I may be lacking in magnesium having a lot muscle twitches and spasms in my calves especially post run. Not sure I can get enough from eating magnesium rich foods(which I do) since my body must be losing alot through sweat. Need to get a magnesium supplement and try that out.

Nice work! Try endurolytes they come in pill form made by hammer. Should be a nice addition for you.

Chad yep been using the Succeed S caps pretty religiously especially on longer outtings. No problems with cramping until after I stop running or at night in bed. May be lacking in the potassium/magnesium department.
