Legs were still heavy but pushed through it anyhow. Workout consisted of 4X1 mile repeats at 6:38 pace and .50 mile active recoveries in between at 8:00 minute pace. Did a 1 mile warmup and a up tempo last mile varying the speed but Id guess it was around 6:50 or so pace. Cooldown was a walk around the gym. Followed this with some lower body strength training. Wall sits (4 sets) until I could not take it, hip abduction, and adduction work (3 to 4 sets each) as well on the nautilus machines.
