    Really hard chest / tri day, 3-4 sets of 20 for each exercise, with the goal of hitting muscle failure. It was brutal (but I feel great now) !

    Nice 1:30 of 1x1 racquetball. We got 5 games in, and it was really competitive. There is more running with 1x1 than with cut-throat, so it was a great workout.

      Nice job, Chad. I REALLY need to get back in the gym. That will be one of my goals after my 1/2 marathon this weekend... You're quite the inspiration!

      Thanks Doug :). My knees haven't been letting me run as much, so I've had to stick to a combo of elliptical / racquetball / strength training. I use a trainer for the strength piece, and he's taught me a lot, it's been really rewarding..
