    Felt good coming off the bike... First hill winded me but my recovery was good. Settled into the run about 1 mile in... Legs were a bit heavy at the end... Many more brick workouts are needed;)

    Trainer ride, easy fast spin... Trying to get the knees used to the bike again. Followed up with a 2.3 mile run outside.. Slightly colder than the sun led me to believe. Good workout overall
