great Bowling Green late night stroll 4.5 mi
Well, school is out and most of my friends went home, moved away, or on a baseball trip. This left me in BG by myself with no TV or Internet to keep me company. No excuses not to run now!

I have no clue actually. This will be my first full. I have only ran one race prior and it was a 1/2 marathon in very poor conditions. I will have to make a goal sometime during my training. Right now it's a safe goal to say under 4:00
