    4:20 a.m. start at home to get in 8 miles before meeting Nikki to hit the W&OD for final 10. She did 6 with me and I finished off last 4 myself.

    Afternoon ride on the W&OD - almost ran over a turtle, then a groundhog. Nice ride.

    2.5 miles with my doggies then 2 with Lily & Vida. Finished it off alone.

    3 miles with my dogs, next 2 alone and then 1 mile with Nik's dogs. Then out to W&OD for another 9 with Nikki. Beautiful morning for a run.
