    set out for what i was hoping to be 15-25 miles. When all was said and done I got in 26+ and did a little climbing to boot. Roughly 1400' for this ride with some crazy headwinds once again.

      When I used to work, before retirement, I despised my job. Hated it! That's when I went into running marathons. Hang in there, Charlie. Your time will come!

    been up since 340am. laid in bed for 2 hours then finally decided to get up and hop on the trainer. had a nice ride at a decent pace. i will feel this later on i am sure.
