Great run overall. Maybe a little bit overdressed, but I think it was necessary with the wind. Wind seemed to be coming from everywhere, sometimes headwind, sometimes tailwind, sometimes coming across. The consistent tough spots were heading north through Greenpoint and Long Island City, and the run to Manhattan over the Queensboro Bridge.
Sun was also a factor in first mile down 1st Ave, directly in front, and a little bit in the last 2 miles down 1st Ave, when it had pushed over to the west side mostly behind buildings.
I think I saw the same guy biking into Manhattan on the Williamsburg Bridge and to Queens on the Queensboro Bridge!
Very happy with the effort. While not my fastest, it was under 10 minute pace per mile, which is all I can ask for.

Great miles today, Scott. It must be almost impossible to gauge clothes for bridge runs during cold wind.

Awesome 10 miler Scott. I love how you kept it under 10 min pace for the whole run. Couldn't be easy on the THREE bridges. Nice!
