Not so great. I have some nagging injuries that flared up. Never got into a groove. I hit a wall at mile 10 and took an extended walk break, but then after that ran it all the way in, skipping the last 2 water stops. Happy about that!
With the exception of the NYC half in 2007 when my back was really messed up, this was my slowest half marathon since 1998. Motivation to take a step back and fix these injuries!


Still one hell of an accomplishment! Good job!!!

You've been doing a lot lately. And you just did a TRI last week. Scott, you did OK considering. I hit the wall at mile 10 also!!!!

Strong race, Scott!! Those were tough conditions on Ocean, today - way to get thru despite the injuries. Hope some rest helps put them away.
