Really happy with the run. My muscles were not barking too badly off the bike, but it did take a good 2 miles to work out all the kinks. I don't have splits, but I know my second half was stronger than the first. Again, mostly passed others on the course, including 3 guys in my age group. Only got passed twice by faster women. Happy I was under 10 pace overall.


Nice work! It was a tough day to race, and you pulled it together well :)
