I realize it is taper time, but couldn't help pushing the pace. Great run on a great night for running. Hope for a less intense run on Thursday and then Nike Human Race on Saturday. Groin still not 100% but I don't feel like it will get any worse from running, and didn't bother me after I got warmed up.
