Bit of a rough run. On Tuesday night, on a hard effort, I hurt my legs and needed a few days off. Was limping Wed and Thur, but feeling better yesterday and even better today. On the run, found my calf and shins are still a little bothersome. Ran out with no stops, but took several stops on the way back. Out - 19:09 Back - 22:31

Will continue taking it easy, icing and stretching, to get back to full health. 15 days to First Light Marathon!
