Wow that was rough. Guess I'm not ready for longish runs in the morning. For now will limit morning runs to 4-5 miles. Felt nice when I walked out the door, but the humidity go to me. Took a walk break at about mile 4 and then stopped for Gatorade at mile 5. http://www.mapmyrun.com/run/united-states/ny/new-york/396902290704.

    Nice pace in this humidity. I was out there and had to take my shirt off and run in my sports bra! I know, TMI! I am going to take a look at your route! I need some new routes to keep running fun!!

    Thanks - a constant reminder why I hate running in the summer and why historically, June is lowest in terms of miles run for me. Probably wouldn't have been so bad if I brought a water or gatorade bottle along from the start! I'll be smarter next time.
