First run since RB Marathon 8 days ago, and definitely felt rusty.
Where last training cycle was about finishing the marathon, this one will be about getting faster. To that end, this was more of a fartlek, adding several speed bursts.
In the negative side, felt shin splints, due to the combination of cold weather, hard running, and oldish shoes. Gotta be more careful with that...
