2nd long training run in prep for December marathon. Felt much better than expected - very happy. Stunningly perfect running day in NYC, provided by the marathon gods. That helped, but this run is an sign that my training is right on target!
EDIT: Mapped it out to only 17.4, so updated the distance. Was hoping for 18, but it will have to do...
