      HI Anh - thanks! Things are well. Just not running while trying to get my foot to 100%. It's pretty close. Been going to the gym and yesterday did my first spin class ever!

    Nice chill run. Took a few walk break because my quads are tight from my long run Friday. Stretching helped a lot. Beautiful night for a run.
