good East River Park to End and Back 4.04 mi 00:41 10:09 pace

Pretty good! My foot has been a little throbby since yesterday, probably aggravated something in hard spin class Tuesday. But I don't think it affected my run. Nice that we had a break in the ... read more

I found that my feet bother me after a bike ride.... I quit riding for fear biking will mess my foot up before my half in April. Great pace tho!

Thanks! I have a run-bike-run race this weekend, so my bike training in the gym has been important because it has been too cold to ride outside. Thankfully the foot stopped throbbing yesterday as suddenly as it had started the day before!

Wow, what a blast. Didn't know I had sub 9 in me. Was cold and very windy and course was a bit hilly. Some shin discomfort but clearly was not a problem!

Great run. Some rain to start, and the bridge was tough, I'm not hill-ready yet, but was great. Beat my time from Nov by over 3 minutes!

Rare photo on the run. Ice in the river, snow in the park, but clear and inviting path ahead.
