    First race in over a year. The only running I've been doing lately is on a treadmill so running on the road and even slight hills were tough.

    Did 5k, 10 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the stairs. Need to up the run to 4 miles and do 20 minutes on the bike next time.

    Used a backpack instead of two panniers so carried less stuff. That plus fully inflated tires made this a fast ride.
