    good 3 mi 00:42 13:55 pace

All the best for the 1/2 I am sure you are going to do really well. It's amazing how good a few days at WDW is for your training especially a week before a half. You get to taper a little by using different mussels while you are walking while still keeping the endurance up.

Nice run. I would push the mileage up, but if you notice something during the run, back off. To go from 7 miles to 13.1 is a big leap. It can be done, but it usually comes with a price.

3 weeks ago, I did 11.5, but that's when the IT band started acting up (around 10.5 in). If I do 10.5 next week with no real impact, I'll do a couple of short runs the following week (plus a lot of walking around WDW WOOHOO!), and one short run the week of the race. If I feel something, though...well, we'll cross that bridge if we need to. Thanks for the advice, Eddie.

You got a good handle on it. Glad you did 11.5 already. I would stick at 10 but be cautious. Good luck!

Glad you are feeling better. Build slowly as to not to push it. Also I find stretching and strength training helped with my ITB issues, so don't ignore that as well. Good luck!

Looks like to are looking good for the Half. Not surprising you felt a little tired when upping the interval but obviously the fact you felt good means you are on track etc.
