      Great job out there you guys! Jeff Galloway has recently changed all his run/walk intervals. He does not have you walk more than 30 secs and adjusted the run segments appropriately. So a 1/1 ratio would now be 30/30. Anyway, food for thought - his website is updated.

      Sounds good. I like 1/1 intervals. Used that for Space Coast on Sunday and kept a consistent pace until mile 12 when my body said I was done.
