I felt crappy after a not great run, so I decided to do the treadmill "fitness test". The results made me feel a bit better, 313.7 VO2 sub max, 90% and a "Superior" fitness rating.

That is how I feel. The doctor yesterday gave me some eye drops and suggested a new allergy medication to take...that combined with the sinus spray should do something!!
