      Ouch! Still a great run considering the heat and the mishap from last night. I'd like to do this next year so we should get together for some runs out on the Sulphur Springs course.

    I rode up to Albion Falls, then over the Linc and north, and then down to the Wentworth Stairs and back. I stopped to listen to the Chrous frogs and had a snack at the falls.
