    I ran 14 min and walked 1 min, then ran 9, walked 1 min, then ran 9, walked 1 min and finished by running 9 min! It was a nice morning to be out!

    This was a challenging hike just on the outskirts of Thunder Bay. The terrain is rocky, and I hiked up the river, walking up and down the boulders. It is a very pretty area!

      Yes, 5k rather than my usual 6k there. I was soaked even with my raincoat. The last half it was raining way too hard to see any wildlife.
