      My PF seems to act up more when I am on rolling terrain.....I had my orthotics but I didn't tape my foot :( I will be doing both tomorrow. I know the trail system where the race is and there aren't too many steep ups that should cause a problem with my foot. Worst case- I walk it ;)

      I've been walking 100 metres on gravel almost every day for months and PF is virtually a thing of the past. Good luck tomorrow!

      I'm a big convert to the gravel-walking, too. I had PF so bad in 2008 that I could barely walk and spent MONTHS in physio. Here's a link to a PF gravel-walking convert. It hurts like a MOFO, but it really does work. Do you have any gravel in your back garden, Mandi?
