I am going to start wearing my pedometer to track my steps. My goal is to get at least 10,000 daily steps in addition to my running. This will help me shed the last 3 pounds I have been needing to lose before the race!

    Great idea, I have been thinking to buy a pedometer for a while now, any suggestions on brand or type? I haven't even started looking at them yet.

    Target and Walmart has some, cheap like $5-10. The best investment and really fun tracking too!!!
