Speedwork - Rodgers Grove 5 mi

Ran down to Rodgers Grove with Nigel, he fell asleep so I sat him under a tree and ran 4 x 400m (1 1/4 lap is 400m). It was HOT and 4 was all I could muster! I picked some apples from the orchard, they are sour! Ran the Greenway and then back home, just in time to pick up the kids!
