Ran a mile each at: 9:50, 9:30, 9:13, 8:49, 8:34, 8:20, then .2 at 8:00. I didn't plan to run 10k, I just ran out of time and figured I might as well!

Thanks Kristin, it was taken at the CU stadium at the Bolder Boulder 10k. I don't like running the race, but love to see all the elite runners up close! They are AMAZING to watch!
