    3 miles warm and cool, 4 miles at 8:20 pace. Conditions are not so good here, slick ice with a thin layer of snow, so inside I stay, cause frankly i'm a clutz!

    Ran Marshall Mesa-Dowdy Draw/Community Ditch-Spring Creek loop with (rather chasing) my husband. Lots of gorgeous scenery, squishy mudd, snow banks and perfectly soft trails to enjoy!

      Oh, hubby company, that sounds like fun! Another inspirational video that I like and watch over and over is on youtube by fancyboyproductions called The First Gold. Joan Benoit winning the 1st Olympic gold medal in the women's marathon. Love it!

      I enjoyed watching that movie the night before one of my long training runs as well. I've got a whole list of running related movies to watch, but down time for tv viewing is not very high on my priority list right now. Every once in a while when the time presents, it's kinda fun though. I've heard really good things about "The Runner" as well. That one's the documentary of David Horton's run of the Pacific Crest Trail. Enjoy the company!

      Re the company...Being active together is the 'glue' that has kept us together all these years (almost 20!), it's saved us lots of $ on date night too...highly recommend it!
