This was last night, legs are still in recovery from the marathon, but I somehow managed to do the leg, glute and hip exercises ok, but the abs just about killed me..... torturous! :/ Ugggh!

I got into St. George Marathon in Utah on Oct 5th! It was a lottery process, so I've been anxiously awaiting and found out yesterday...YAY! My hubby and friend (coach) Caolan also got in! :D

Great job getting it in. How's mom doing with her son being gone all the way to California. He should be getting home soon...right? That's a big step as a mom, letting them go like that. I remember when we let our oldest go to Washington D.C. the summer after 8th grade. It was a freeing moment for me, especially since I was sending him off to high school the next school year. I knew everything would be okay. If I survived letting him go to D.C. I'd survive letting him go to high school. :-)
