Thanks, John. I'm doing a lot of other exercise to build strength. It's kicking my butt right now. I'm trying not to let it get me down. Just a rough day. Tomorrow will be better.

Speed work on the plan. Did 10 minutes of warm up. 4x400m with 400m jog/walk in between. I would have ran more but speed work on hills is tougher than I had planned. Got it done though.
