      Umm, Yeah I think your calorie counter is waaaaaay off! That would be more like 300 calories. Sorry to break it to ya. :(

    camp has really helped!

    Good but felt a little sick at the end. Taking off a month for injury and sickness really roared it's ugly head today.

    Fun. Different to workout this way. Sweating A LOT!!! Got better as I got used to the program. Included 15 min yoga which I have never done.
