    Wow these chicas were going fast today! Pace was about a minute per mile faster than our usual Sat. long runs. I was scrambling to keep up, but I did it!

    Ran the Go Far 5k to keep my daughter company. This was her first race and she did awesome & had fun too. I'm so proud of her!

    aerobics- went in afternoon instead of morning for a change and had different instructor. nice change, she did some different routines and some tough abs/arms stuff.

    lame little workout at gym- treadmill, bike & eliptical routine. my heart wasn't into it- just felt i should get a few more miles before tomorrow's race.
