    With warm up and cool down - need to start wearing the Garmin so I know my pace.

    TEMPO Run - started at a walk worked up to 8:30 min/mile and then back down to a walk. Added 30 sit ups prior and another 30 afterwards.

    Lovely run - cool weather with slight breeze. Walked 1/3 mile warm up and cool down. Still don't know pace yet. Will have to remember the Garmin next time.
