My husband wanted to go for a bike ride and as you know after a trail run I was not to keen on it. But I really want to encourage him to bike or do something so I sucked it up and hit the road. My husband commented that this would be his only chance to keep up with me being a bit sore. What was he saying.Lol. I am not going to lie the hills hurt but I survived and I was glad to get out and do something today. Do you coast when riding a bike? My husband asked me why I keep pedaling all the time. Hmm.
