      Are you doing a particular program/video? I hurt my back last summer using a kettlebell, but i'm still really intrigued. :/

      Hey Denyse: Sorry to hear you hurt yourself doing the kettlebell exercises. I hope you are ok.Here is the dvd that I do. There are 2 workouts you can follow. A quick 12 min workout or a more in depth 40 min program. Check it out.

    I owned that treadmill today. Knew I was in for a tough run, but I did it!!!!!! I'm feeling fantastic today. I was exhausted, but that runner's high I felt afterwards was unbelievable.

      She is feeling much better thanks. It was a combination of viral infection and teething so you can imagine the turmoil in our house LOL. The last time she was sick, she was 3 months old so she has an awesome track record... :)
