Wanted to keep the pace at 9:10 or slower and focus on form. I felt great and had to dial it back a few times to keep the pace slow. The weather was crazy hot again for 6 am.

    It was tough to reel it in today, but on those longer summer runs, I seem to have no trouble at all keeping it slower :/
