It's a mostly easy run week on my new training plan, so I wanted to hit a little cross training. Felt good but tough. A couple of former students ended up on the ellipticals on both sides of me. We stayed focused for the most part.


What new plan?

It's one of my own creation-- a mix of easy weeks and "what the hell am I thinking?" weeks JUST IN CASE I run a marathon on Dec. 1. I accept shipments of Filipino food and girl scout cookies for fuel.
