    Kept a pretty steady, moderate effort today. Seemed to go by quickly, but I was also feeling tired/sleepy the whole way. Warm/humid but somewhat breezy.

    Tired and sore this morning, but this run helped. Took a couple of miles to loosen up. I kept the effort easy and did a few repeats on different hills. Warm/humid but not bad for August.

    Headed to the gym in the afternoon for a cardio circuit. I could tell that the rowing machine is the one I do the least. It was tough but fun. Already feeling spent after just 10 minutes.

    Wasn't sure what to do this run, but ended up doing a progressive run that ended with a pretty hard effort especially with the weather. Nice way to get moving this morning.
