    Enjoyable run with three miles easy, a few moderate, and a 6:05 mile in the middle (the wind helped). The route was mostly flat, which made a big difference. Sunny but not humid.

    Overall, a good run-- not tough except for anything uphill. Kept the pace in 8:00-8:20 range for the most part. Pleasant July weather again.
