    Woke up feeling really tired, but this run went better than expected, with 2 miles at a fairly easy pace and then a pretty hard mile. Cool and a little breezy.

    Stuck in Minneapolis for an extra day, and the conditions outside weren't...runner friendly. A few miles on the treadmill. It wasn't horrible but also not terribly fun.

    Nice short run across the river and back to get started before a busy day. Cool and breezy.

    Good run with a manageable/moderate effort for most and a little push at the end. Cool and windy-- air conditioning into the wind and a solid push from behind with the wind.

    Went for a manageable, easy effort, but I had a little trouble controlling the pace, especially on downhills. Run felt really good and appropriately tough. Cool and a little windy.

    Easy stroll between rain showers. Felt great-- had to fight the urge to go harder the whole time.

    Wet and nasty outside all day, so I got in a few miles on the treadmill. It wasn't horrible. Mixed up the pace/effort throughout to keep it interesting.

    Felt good from the start, and then, it was over. A couple of short hills mixed in-- not too difficult. Chilly morning, but then again, it did snow yesterday.

    Nice progressive run in the neighborhood, starting at 8:25 first mile, just a little faster 2nd mile, and 6:25 last mile. A little cool and windy but not bad.
