    2 miles easy, 1 mile hard-ish. Roads much better this morning but with a few slick spots. Sidewalks were very slick, so it made it a little tricky dodging cars toward the end. Felt good.

    This run felt pretty normal-- there wasn't much ice on the roads, just a few slick spots. Still, it was dark out, so I took it slowly especially on the downhills.
