    Felt the strongest I've felt in probably a couple of weeks. Kept the pace moderate overall, but it was a little unsteady. Cool morning-- first run with gloves this season.

      Sweet 5! Gloves? How cold was it? I wear them when it is 50 or colder (the RA).

      Thanks. It was 45 which is my cut-off for gloves on shorter distances.

    A few hill repeats in the neighborhood w/ some extra time spent on my favorite hill. Kept the pace/effort very manageable with some pick-ups here and there. Another cool, but humid, morning.

    Nice, cool run around the neighborhood. Kept the pace easy overall, although I had to keep the pace in check a little. Still a little tight in the quads/hips, but it's better each day.

    Easy run around the neighborhood to help work out some soreness. Definitely felt better toward the end than at the beginning. Nice cool temp- almost needed gloves.
