    Short run without the Garmin. Felt good- started at easy to moderate effort, finished in a sprint. Starting to not feel like summer.

    Moderate effort around the neighborhood. Felt pretty good, although a little tired. Not the worst weather today but still a little muggy.

    Around the neighborhood with some hill repeats on different hills mixed in. Kept the pace/effort manageable and picked it up some at the end. Not quite as warm today but 98% humidity.

      Way to work those 400s! Even though it was hot the effort was there and you are going to reap the rewards when it cools down.
