    A couple of big hill repeats at the beginning with some smaller hills after. Felt pretty good but the beginning was tough.

    Out and back from Pullman. Steady, moderate effort for 5 miles, picked it up for the last mile. Nice start to the day.

    Pretty easy effort but picked up toward the end. Focused on form and getting going for the day. Route was relatively flat, and weather was nice.

    Kept the effort pretty easy overall but parts of this route were steep and tough. Also feeling a little tired in general. Felt better when it was done.

    Started out at home and did a nice easy run exploring downtown and some connected trails. Kinda of cold this morning- broke out the gloves and long sleeves.

    18 minutes on- 2.65 miles at 6:50 pace, 10 minutes off, 4 minutes on at moderate pace. The first portion definitely woke me up. Cool and windy.

    Short run on the track with each lap faster than the previous. Went from easy on the first to pretty much all out on the last. A bit chilly this morning which felt good.

    Several hill repeats on hills of various shapes and sizes. Some were tough but it felt good. Stayed steady- not pushing too hard. Pleasant weather.

    Just an easy run around different parts of the neighborhood. A little inflammation at the beginning but no real problems during the run. Good start to the day.

    Another easy, steady out and back on this path. Low mileage this week, so I felt fresh and wanting to go faster but stuck to the plan. Pleasant weather as usual.
