    No idea on pace but picked up the effort gradually. Felt good to go hard at the end. Cool morning- even had to throw on the gloves.

    Nice and easy stroll around the neighborhood. Felt really good the whole time. Pleasant weather with a little wind.

    Walked about 20 minutes, ran 1 pretty hard mile, walked the rest. Definitely felt better after this than before. No real foot problems at all. Pleasant weather, a little humid.

    Kept the pace pretty easy overall, with a few pick ups here and there. Felt good once I got going. Minimal foot trouble. Muggy morning, but the temp wasn't bad.

    Short run with several hill repeats. Moderate pace which felt like a moderate effort. A little tight here and there but felt really good overall. Warm and muggy this morning with 96% humidity.

    Probably the best session I've ever had on the elliptical-- it felt good and loose from the start. I kept the effort steady and fairly hard. Almost didn't go to the gym today.

    Another run around the WSU campus, including several laps on the track. The track portion was about the only flat part. A little drizzly, but I like the low humidity, a lot.
