    Fun run on the trails. It was pretty wet and muddy, and I had to keep focused to not trip on roots, stumps, etc. (lots of close calls). Weather was nice and cool.

    Finished up on the elliptical-- went pretty hard from the start. Much more energy after this workout than before, so that's a good thing.

    A little tight at the beginning and still a little congested, but this one felt really good toward the end. Picked up the pace for the last mile or so. Cooler and windy.
