    Afternoon spin to get some movement in and clear the head. Went pretty hard for the most part-- just about out of gas at the end :)

    A few short hill repeats in the neighborhood. Kept the effort pretty easy, but it was tale of 2 runs-- the first half felt tight and sluggish, but the last 2 miles felt great. Warmer and humid today.
