    Fun out and back run along the waterfront in San Diego. Definitely the warmest run I've had in a while, but nice and breezy and a great set of views.

    Short run at moderate effort on a flat route. Probably felt just a little harder than expected for the pace, but it was good overall. Still fighting a little congestion. Cool and humid today.

    Walked about 7 minutes then ran for 25 with the dog. She did great-- pace was a little uneven but that had more to do with the hills than the dog. Cool and a little humid. Good times.

    Walked about 20%, ran about 80%. Enjoyed the crisp air and darkness of the neighborhood. Feeling a little tired, but overall, this probably is easiest/best marathon recovery I've ever had.
