    Short run, weather in the low 20s. Kept the first mile manageable at around 7:00 pace and picked it up a little in the 2nd mile. Calf felt a little tweaky, so ice and rest are on tap today.

      Brrr! I'm not a fan of the 20's. Ran in the 20's but didn't like it. It made my knee caps ache. Is that weird? Great run/pace. Hope the calf "chills" :)

    Tried out a different trail today for a couple of miles just to do something new. It helped clear the head and get the day started well. Cold this morning (for Mississippi).
