    Nice out and back run near Custer with a pretty big hill coming and going. Kept the pace/effort pretty easy. Nice cool weather. Hitting the road again today.

      Way to get some miles in before hitting the road. I always like to do that if I can, makes me feel better about sitting in the car all day :)

    Little tired this morning but enjoyable run- 2 miles really easy and 1 mile moderate with some hills. Muggy again but at least there was a little breeze.

    Just wanted a quick mile because I've done no speed work this week. Felt good-hard but not too hard. More boxes and purging old stuff the rest of the day.

    Kept the pace and effort pretty steady this morning, and the miles just kind of went by. Felt really good, and the weather was a tad better (but still sticky).

    Glad I got these miles in this morning. Worked in some short hill repeats in different parts of the neighborhood. Kept a really easy effort. Warm and very humid as usual.

    Another muggy, steamy morning, but the short mileage and easy pace made this one feel just fine. Pace felt really easy this morning. Now, on to another day of packing and purging stuff in the house.

      A major move coming? The packing and purging is the best part. You feel so 'lighter' once it's done.

    Kept it easy and steady-- keeping pretty low mileage b/c the weekends consist mostly of packing boxes these days. Very steamy morning-- made it feel a little tougher.

    A few short hill repeats near my house to get going this morning. Kept a pretty steady but fairly hard pace for the first 2 miles and picked it up in the 3rd mile. Way humid (again) this morning.

    Nothing special- just an easy run around the neighborhood. Weather was sticky and hot, and I was soaking wet by the end, but it was good to get in a few miles.
