    Another nice run in the park. One lap around the park and then another mile along the south end. Loved the rolling hills. Kept a moderate effort throughout. Warm but very low humidity. Really fun.

    Walked about half a mile, then ran about 3 at a fairly hard effort then walked. Pretty tired this morning but I'm glad I did this one. Thick and warm air this morning.

    Progressive run with some hill repeats. Felt tough but not too tough. Warm and humid but not too bad. I guess all that means that it could've been easier, but it could've been a lot worse.

    Took a while to feel comfortable on this run, but I'm glad I did it. Kept a moderate pace/effort for 5 miles and picked it up for the last mile. Worked in several hill repeats along the way.... read more

    Just what I needed to get going and clear my head. Effort was easy at first, and I picked it up gradually until a sprint at the end. Getting warmer and staying very humid.

    Short out and back on Turtle Loop-- a pretty flat trail with loads of turns and some technical parts. Felt really good--- humid and a little warm but not bad at all.

    1 mile hard but not all out in the neighborhood followed by my first spin class ever. It was the instructor's first time to teach, and I was the only student, so win-win. I really enjoyed it.

    2 super easy miles, with 1 somewhat hard mile. Felt really good and loose the whole time and felt much better after the run than when it start. Nice temp but high humidity today.

    Sort of a fartlek run with varying lengths of fast segments and some some slow jogging. felt loose and in control, and then it was over. Sunny with a cool breeze.
