    Short out and back on a country road. Started out late because of some jet lag. Moderate effort for most of the run, hit another gear toward the end. Cool and sunny.

    Mostly flat route in the first half with some climbs toward the end but bot bad. Wind chill was about 18 at the start, but the hills make it feel warmer.

    Nice run in the neighborhood without the watch. Picked up the effort gradually from start to finish. Cold with a windchill of 22, and the roads were a little slick. Fun, though.

    Half hour run in a few snow flurries- first half at a conservative pace, picked it up at the very end. A few hills mixed in. Enjoyed it.

    Very windy morning- 3 miles easy with a few hills, 1 mile pretty hard (but mostly with the wind). Glad to get in a few miles to start off the day.

    Another 5 miler in Chicago but without the Garmin. Really enjoyable (and windy).

    A little time adjustment and tired from getting in at 2:00am but it felt great to run on flat terrain. Effort felt really easy. Glad I started the day with this- very fun route. Windy but comfortable.

    Pretty short out and back with 5 easy miles and 1 hard mile. Hard mile was into the wind :/. From the looks of the forecast, the wind was blowing the first part of winter this way.
